Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Marketing of the following services to Banks we are enlisted with and institutions:
Property Valuation
Project Management
Property Management
Facility Management
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Promote services through advertisements using various channels.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications
A Degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Economics or other field with a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper division
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites excellently.
Must be a smart, outspoken, bold and good looking Female.
