Agro Renewal Movement International (ARMI) - We are a private driven agro-based organization created towards developing our agricultural sector and helps the government policy of diversifying the economy of the country from the oil sector to opening opportunities in the non-oil sector; where agriculture play a pivotal role.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Customer Support and Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and customers about company's products and services.
• Make frequent client calls.
• Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.

Requirements

• Education: HND, B.Sc

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in customer support role.
• A background in agriculture will be an added bonus.
• A female is preferred for this position.

Skills:

• Ability to use Microsoft office suite
• Candidate must have good communication skills
• Ability to ‘read’ customers
• Multi-tasking skills

Salary
