Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Responsibility & Duties
Collates, prepare and interpret financial reports, budgets and accounts of all financial activities;
Undertake strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning;
Timely confirmation of payments;
Complete retail orders from all sales channels and record electronically;
Prepare quotations for RFQs and invoices for closed opportunities and reconcile with global and local sales reports weekly and monthly;
Process and facilitate vendor invoicing and payments;
Undertaking research and work closely with the team on pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance;
Control income, cash flow and expenditure;
Develop, improve and manage the company’s financial systems and processes;
Carry out business/ process modelling and risk assessments;

Requirements
B.Sc in Accounting related degree (Minimum 2:1)
Stakeholder Management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Web Application tools
Minimum of 5-years finance operations experience

Key account management skills
Good presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Excellent knowledge of business planning
Good people management skills
Effective time and process management skills
ICAN certifications is an added advantage.
