House Manager 

House Manager needed for a residential home in Oghara, Delta

Responsibilities:

• The prospective employee will be tasked with managing one of the private residences belonging to the owner who will occupy the house from time to time.
• The position will entail overseeing routine maintenance of the property, managing the other staff on site (cook, gardener, cleaner, security) to make sure the house is kept in immaculate condition. The position will also entail purchasing food and beverages for the house and inventory of the items in the house such as furnishings etc. When the owner is in residence the employee will be required to act as aid to the owner, serving him meals and ensuring that he has everything he needs to make his stay comfortable.
• Salary is N80,000-N100,000 depending on experience and is a live in position with 2-3 daily meals provided.
• Hours of work vary as they will be longer when the owner is in occupation but normal working hours for the rest of the time.

Requirements

• Lagos resident who are willing to relocate to Delta can apply as the interviews are holding on the Island
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
• Candidates with strong hospitality management experience would have an added advantage

 

Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager needed for a Restuarant in Ikoyi

Time scale: Work 10am to 10pm, 2 days off

Job description

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
• Plan new and update existing menus
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff

Salary: Negotiable based on the experience in the industry
