Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Supervise the Sub teams within the sales team to ensure they have necessary support and are working smart to deliver result based on assigned goals
Work with the HR Personnel to identify the training needs of sales team and send them for training
Coordinate OEM Events
Assign target to each team member
Develop Strategies in line with product lines and agreed review with director.

Requirements
BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, ICT or any other related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience working as sales Manager in Core IT firm.
