Human Resource Assistant

Location: Lagos Mainland

Job Description
  • Understand the basic HR knowledge be responsible for successful implementation,optimization of the HR consultancy for clients.
Qualifications
  • Must posses a Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-5 years working experience as an HR Personnel
  • CIPM Certified or in Final Stage.
Required Competencies:
  • Understanding of HR Practices
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Critical thinking and reasoning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can handle pressure and ability to multitask
  • High proficiency in all Computer applications and Microsoft packages
