- Understand the basic HR knowledge be responsible for successful implementation,optimization of the HR consultancy for clients.
Qualifications
- Must posses a Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2-5 years working experience as an HR Personnel
- CIPM Certified or in Final Stage.
Required Competencies:
- Understanding of HR Practices
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Critical thinking and reasoning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Can handle pressure and ability to multitask
- High proficiency in all Computer applications and Microsoft packages
