Key Responsibilities
- As Business Manager, you will be responsible for strategic sales and partnerships within both private and public sectors
- Research and identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services to potential customers, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and ensuring profitability.
- The person will be an experienced and passionate professional, eager to work in an evolving and dynamic environment
- You will be responsible for developing business strategies and plans, monitor financial performance and effect sales strategies to increase performance.
- Identify the decision makers within the prospective clients organization and develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably from an Outsourcing or Insurance company.
- MUST have successful Sales/Business Development experience
- Bachelors degree in any Management related field.
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management
