Admin And Accounts Executive At STRADA MEDIA LIMITED

We are looking for an Admin and Account executive to support the Accounts and Admin manager of Strada Media and are sisters company (Promovers and Brandmycar).
Details:
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
  • Updating office policies and procedures
  • Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
  • Supporting all key department staff etc
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
  • Organizing special functions and social events
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Running office administration
  • Manage petty cash book
  • Raise invoices for customers and vendors
  • Processing of suppliers invoices and payments
  • Inventory entries and store keeping
  • Monthly/quarterly expense reports
  • Cost control
  • Petty cash control
  • Expense claims
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Assist in preparing reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Banking transactions-payments/deposits, withdrawal etc
  • Staff matters handling- birthdays, daily cash request
  • To report to admin and account manager
